7. Restricted Activities
Prohibited Uses of Vehicle
- The vehicle must not be used for any illegal activities or purposes. This includes participating in races, off-road driving, or any other hazardous operations. Transporting dangerous materials is prohibited. Sub-letting the vehicle or allowing unauthorized drivers is not allowed. Driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs is strictly forbidden. Additionally, the vehicle should not be used beyond its intended design, exceed passenger or weight limits, or be driven outside the agreed geographical area without prior permission.
Breach of these terms may lead to rental termination and fees.
Liability Limitations
To the fullest extent allowed by English and Welsh law, Car Hire Bath will not be responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or business, resulting from your use of our services.
